Dreadlock has been very common among entertainers, but recently the Nigerian entertainment industry and a few of our beloved entertainers are keeping with the trend. Pop singers Terry G and Waconzy recently shared new photos of themselves spotting a new look – they’ve both shaved their locks off.
Waconzy calls his new look ‘Waconzy 2.0‘; he went an extra mile by adding a blonde tinge to his hair. Mr Ginjah on the other opted for a very low Mo’Hawk look.
It started with Faze last year who went for a more ‘serene’ look. He was followed by Timaya. The most recent to follow the trend is comedian Basketmouth although he didn’t go for a complete shave-off.
